Transparency and Care
Because all our products are personalized, we are not able to accept returns, exchanges or refunds. However, if there is an error on my part, please contact me, and we will either fix or replace it. We want to ensure you receive what you envisioned, so this will require initial communications between us before we get started via email.
Cancellations need to be completed within 24 hours of your order process.
Each design is manually created and applied by me. Each product is made to order, one at a time. Therefore, there may be slight variations in design compared to the picture on the site.
